What I love about Reiki is how the inevitability of its healing essence and potency is both beautiful and mysterious. We are invited to remove the need to “know” and to more deeply trust the resonance of our existence. Reiki is. We are. How is this a simple and most profound truth? The answers to this question are held in the self-discovery of your own insights and experiences with Reiki. How deeply are you willing to trust your own unfolding - the awakening of heart connection and healing in the ways and forms that choose to emerge and empower you? How deeply are you willing to journal about your awakening so you can embolden the truth of who you are and embody your own wisdom?

As a Reiki & Writing Guide, I hold space for you to journey inward and empower heart connection and healing with tenderness. With experience as an English teacher, writer and author, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, Shamanic Sound Guide, Intuitive Artist, and Compassion Key Practitioner, people often call me a “psychic soul connector.”
