Are you looking for an opportunity to stretch, relax, and connect with others? Join us for a Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness Series for Older Adults. In each class, you will learn a wellness theme, practice gentle yoga poses to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, and experience mindfulness techniques to bring relaxation, clarity, joy, and connection to your life. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us for the classes you are able to attend. Bring water, a yoga mat or a towel, and a journal (optional).
