ADULT PRIVATE SESSIONS

I empower adults to empower the illumination of their innate light in soul-full ways.


Soul-full ways manifest in many forms. Perhaps you wish to: 


  • enhance the skillsets of reading, writing, and storytelling
  • design and self-publish a book
  • advocate with compassion and confidence 
  • cultivate creative expression
  • connect with nature, muses, and spirit guides 
  • inspire the emergence of clarity, healing, wisdom, and joy
  • create a personalized sequence of yoga poses
  • learn Reiki for you and your pet(s)


How do you wish to empower and manifest the illumination of your innate light?  How may I be of service to you?  


  • Ages 18+.
  • Meet in-person (local library or nature setting) or virtually (Google Meet or Zoom). 
  • $125 per hour.
  • Payments are requested upon scheduling: Cash or Venmo (@omsideofthings)

Join us for one, two, or all three classes in this summer series of Storytelling & Journaling In The Peace Garden at True Nature Healing Arts. As you fully immerse yourself in the various landscapes of the Peace Garden, you will explore the wilderness of your reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth through storytelling and journaling. Learn a medley of wordplay and writing strategies that empower you to connect with plant muses, the elements, and your blueprint soul self. Experience the healing frequencies that resonate in your surrendering to spirit in the Peace Garden’s playground of collective Oneness. Are you looking for an opportunity to stretch, relax, and connect with others? Join us for a Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness Series for Older Adults. In each class, you will learn a wellness theme, practice gentle yoga poses to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, and experience mindfulness techniques to bring relaxation, clarity, joy, and connection to your life. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us for the classes you are able to attend. Bring water, a yoga mat or a towel, and a journal (optional).
