PAGE-TO-PUBLICATION PRIVATE SESSIONS

Do you have a writing idea, but you're not sure how to listen to it, let it breathe, or let it fly from your fingertips so it can flare itself to fruition? Do you have a story you'd like to bring to the page for self-publication? Do you have poems you'd like to compile into a book?  Or an idea for a children's book, but you don't know how to illustrate it, or you have illustrations, but you'd like formatting guidance? Who are you interested in creating and publishing your masterpiece for? Yourself, family & friends, your local community, the world? What is the question that is sitting most deeply in your heart, the question that defines your vision and that is most passionately wanting to both seek and receive the answers? Pondering this is the essence of your page-to-publication path!

There is a colossal cornucopia of writing, illustrating, formatting, and publishing options in the world! You may already know yours. If not, I recommend you explore the options that resonate with you through independent research and by reading The Poets & Writers Complete Guide to Being a Writer by Kevin Larimer and Mary Gannon. If you're interested in a personalized experience, work with me! What I offer is teaching you how to:

  • empower connection with your Writer Muses to release blocks
  • bring your craft to the page
  • format and upload your content and access artistic features on platforms such as Canva
  • self-publish on KDP/Amazon
  • create a personalized plan for locally distributing your published book
  • create a personalized plan for locally presenting your published book

Ideals to have:

  • Canva account (free or pay for a Canva Pro account for all the features)
  • Amazon account (free)
  • Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) account (free)

With 17 self-published books sharing their heartbeat with the world, I know the soul-stirring feeling of manifestation. Yes, the logistics are important puzzle pieces, but it's the blaze from the heart when you receive your published book in the mail and feel the love of it warming your hands that is a birthing like no other, a ... well, you'll have your words to describe it when you experience it.

I am honored to share the quirks and perks I have learned throughout the page-to-publication process.

  • All ages.
  • Meet in-person (at a local library) or virtually (Google Meet or Zoom).
  • 75-minute sessions.
  • $134.
  • Package rates available upon request.
