The ancient art of storytelling unites us. Each of us is an inspirational story because each of us is alive on the planet. We are empowered when sitting-in-story together. Forming a circle to awaken. Compassionately listening to each other’s stories, life experiences, and wonderings. Journaling. Inspiring. These series celebrate connection in the wilderness of words. How and what you contribute is up to you. Bring a journal, your curious heart, as well as water and a snack if you wish to. Write on!

I am teaching Storytelling & Journaling classes for elders living at Sopris Lodge in Carbondale and Roaring Fork Senior Living in Glenwood Springs. If you know anyone living in either place, encourage them to ask their Life Enrichment Director about the dates and times to attend. :)
