Do you love to write? Join us for the Carbondale Branch Library Poets & Writers Series. Sit together and engage in writing prompts and storytelling. This series celebrates the connection to the wilderness of yourself, each other, words, and wonder. How and what you contribute is up to you. Bring a journal, your curious heart, as well as water and a snack if you wish to. Write on!

I am teaching Storytelling & Journaling classes for elders living at Sopris Lodge in Carbondale and Roaring Fork Senior Living in Glenwood Springs. If you know anyone living in either place, encourage them to ask their Life Enrichment Director about the dates and times to attend. :)

SACRED CONNECTION SERIES

Each session blends gentle yoga, Reiki energy healing, immersive sound bath frequencies, and guided journaling to help you open your heart, listen to the wisdom within, nourish connection, and relax. This series is perfect for anyone seeking inner clarity, energetic renewal, or a deeper sense of belonging. Bring a journal, water, yoga mat, blanket, and anything else to help you feel comfortable lying down or sitting in a chair to experience the flow of Reiki and sound.
