My private sessions hold a tender space for you to root yourself in connection, belonging, and healing with a sacred medley of Reiki, Sound Baths, and Journaling. 

What I love about Reiki is how the inevitability of its healing essence and potency is both beautiful and mysterious. We are invited to remove the need to “know” and to more deeply trust the resonance of our existence. Reiki is. We are. How is this a simple and most profound truth? The answers to this question are held in the self-discovery of your own insights and experiences with the sacred medley of Reiki, Sound Baths, and Journaling. How deeply are you willing to trust your own unfolding - the awakening of connection, belonging, and healing in the ways and forms that choose to emerge and root for you? How deeply are you willing to soak in sound frequencies and journal about your awakening so you can embolden the truth of who you are, let go of fixing and forcing, surrender to your innate light, and embody your own wisdom?

In my private sessions, I hold space for you to journey inward with tenderness. I embed Reiki energy healing, sound frequencies, gentle yoga, and personalized "imPROMPTu" journal prompts.  If you are interested and feel it would enhance your own inner guidance, I also share with you the intuitive insights I receive during your session.  

Reiki is a Japanese healing tradition that addresses dormant or blocked energy and enhances energetic alignment in mind, body, and spirit for all living things. Reiki means spiritual or universal energy. Reiki is not a religion, it is the life force energy of science and spirit. It is your light! Reiki is the nourishing flow of energy which can neither be created nor destroyed, but rather shifts, transforms, and responds with tenderness to the root cause of an issue such as physical pain, anxiety, disconnection from spirit, or karmic imbalances. Reiki is gentle and impactful as it amplifies your innate ability to self-heal. Your energy is yours, and Reiki gently assists it for the highest good of your true nature so your inner wisdom and potential can fully breathe. It is founded on free vs. fix and flow vs. force. Reiki is consciousness. It knows the origin and situation to be healed and it can do no wrong.  When we "embrace the space" and are present to receive alignment, that is when inner quiet and healing occurs. The true nature of all living beings is a blueprint for healing and resilience. Sometimes we need a little help along the way. Reiki amplifies the "good" of whatever we are enduring.

A Reiki Practitioner or Master Teacher who has studied Reiki lineage and received attunements sits quietly in a designated space, applies light hands-on touch and/or hovers hands in the client's aura. A practitioner does not "give" Reiki, but is a portal through which the Reiki is channeled and flows between one's Higher Self and a client's Higher Self. Because Reiki is source energy and can be accessed through timelessness and spacelessness, it flows in past, present, and future and through long-distance frequency. In-person and virtual sessions are equally beneficial.

Some "healing responses" that occur within all systems of our multidimensional self during and after experiencing Reiki and sound may be calm, relaxation, deep sleep, tingling and buzzing, hot and cold sensations, visions, insights, detoxification, enhanced senses and awareness, communication with spirit guides, karmic balance, clarity, significant dreams, manifestations of intentions, miracles, relief from physical pain, and emotional release. Everyone's experience is different. Healing on a source level always occurs at its own pace and in its own way. Reiki beautifully aligns with and complements all medical and holistic practices.
